What we collect
When you place an order: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), delivery address, city and pincode, and what you ordered.
We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by Razorpay, our payment provider.
How we use it
Only to process, confirm and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to handle cancellations and refunds, and to keep the records the law requires.
Who we share it with
Razorpay (to take payment), the courier delivering your order (name, phone and address), and the services that host our website and database. We never sell your details or share them for advertising.
Cookies and storage
We use only what the site needs to work: your language choice, your shopping bag (saved in your browser), and secure sign-in cookies for our staff. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as accounting and tax laws require, and no longer than needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by contacting us on +91 83291 49581 or support@ilkara.in. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
Security
Our website uses HTTPS, and only authorised staff, who sign in with a password and an emailed code, can see orders.
