Terms of use

Ilkāra is an online saree shop in India. We don't have a physical store yet — our store is coming soon.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

We take care to show each saree accurately, but handwoven sarees vary slightly, and colours may look different on different screens.

We confirm orders within 2 days of them being placed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a saree is no longer available or a price was shown wrongly — and in that case we refund you in full.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. An order is complete only once payment is successful.

These are covered by our Shipping policy and our Refunds & cancellations policy, which form part of these terms.

Please don't misuse the website, try to break its security, or place orders using someone else's details or payment methods.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
